Juhlye

My name is Julie Mgbebe, I am a Sport Nutritionist and a Frisbee player. My fitness goal has been to build healthy gains,maintain the level of strength, flexibility, power, and endurance that I have developed over the years while playing Frisbee. Of course this is easier said than done. Naturally with less daily exercise and no adjustment to my eating pattern my body slowly but surly began to change. This really made me realise just how important exercise and healthy habits are in a regular lifestyle.
